SHIPPING POLICY

Orders will be processed within 3 business days. This may be affected by national holidays, vacation, etc. If there is a delay, we will contact you by email and provide an update on when your order will ship. Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive tracking information and is responsible for tracking their own shipment. NES is not responsible for package theft or incorrect delivery. Make sure you have put in the correct shipping address at checkout. PLEASE BE AWARE OF YOUR SHIPMENT: If the tracking shows your package was delivered and you claim you did not receive your package, we cannot file a claim with the courier. That is out of our hands and should be handled by the customer directly with the courier. As a result, we will not be able to refund or replace your purchase. If you have any concerns whatsoever, please contact us.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping. Shipments outside of New Zealand may sometimes take anywhere from 14 days to 21 days for standard delivery (NZ Post).

Please be aware: The buyer are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world.

As an international consumer, please do research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. Orders may be returned for various reasons including: non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Because of the nature of the product, we do not accept returns for sanitary and contamination purposes. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Our products are personal products and even unopened, we choose not to resell the product since it has been out of our supervision.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

NES reserves the right to cancel any unshipped order.

Scent preference: No refunds will be given based on scent preference. We do our best with scent descriptions. We use the descriptions provided by our suppliers.

Allergies: All ingredients are detailed on every listing and on the label of each product. While we are very clear about the ingredients we use, it is up to the consumer to do their research and decide what works best for them as they would with any other product they purchase for personal use. NES will not accept returns or refunds based on allergic reactions. Please speak with your health care provider prior to using any skin care product, particularly while pregnant and or while nursing.
